In the automotive industry two kind of glass enamels are used, laminating and toughening. Toughening products are used for side lights, back lights and sunroofs; laminated products for front windshields.
Have very good anti-stick property which is suitable for deep press bending of back and side lights. Have a neutral black color (a-and b-value close to zero) which is very opaque. Have very good silver hiding under intense light for back lights.
l Printing mesh: 150-250mesh
l Drying temp.: 100~150℃
l Heating temp.: 550-650℃(front windshield laminated glass)
650-700℃(side and back light, sunroof glass)
l Printing temp.: 20-25℃；Printing R.H.:50~60%
l Wet film: 24um (can achieve good silver hiding)
l Package: 20kg/plastic drum
l Supply Mode: paste, oil-based, water-friendly
l Storage: Store in a cool, dry place under 5～25℃
