Causes:
A (1). Under fired.
A (2). Contaminated substrate.
B. Overprint is higher melting and/or more viscous during firing operation than undercoat.
C. Too much coating on the screen. Coating materials too thin.
Solutions:
A (1). Increase temperature and/or slow down speed through firing cycle.
A (2). Clean or pre fire substrate.
B. Obtain higher melting undercoat or lower melting overcoat from supplier.
C. Reduce volume of coating material.
