Causes:
A. Coating too viscous.
B. Screen mesh too coarse.
C. Dull squeegee.
D. Insufficient squeegee pressure.
E. More pigment (and cost) than necessary.
Solutions:
A. Add thinner and/or extender.
B. Use finer mesh screen, monofilament fabric.
C. Sharpen squeegee.
D. Adjust downward pressure.
E. Consult supplier.
